It is with profound shock and deep sorrow that we announce the sudden demise of our dear Patrick Maina Gikonyo, on 22Nd June, 2023 (formerly of Standard Chartered Bank, Nairobi).

Son of the late Joel Gikonyo and the late Mama Rosemary wanjiku. Son-in-law to the late Anselmi Munyasya & the late Anne Nzula.

Beloved husband to the late Andriana Katile. Father to Tracey Wanjiku & Mellanie Mwikali.

Brother to the late Mwai Gikonyo, Purity Gachau, Anthony Njoroge, Catherine Muthoni, Mary Wanjiru, Eunice Wahito, David lrungu, Jack Mwangi & Dedan Migwi.

Brother-in-law to Agnes Kyalo, Hon. Angela Munyasya, Assumpta Munyasya, the late Alexander Munyasya, Stacy & Osborne Wanyoike, Ambrose & Njeri Munyasya,Tony Munyasya, Aurelia Munyasya & H.E. Anita Mutula, Mary Wairimu, the late Aziz Gachau, Catherine Wanjiru, Shadrack Muthama,Alice Wandia, Janet Gathoni & Cecilia Njoki. Friend, colleague, uncle & cousin to many.

Daily meetings are on-going at his house in Buruburu Phase 5, Churo Court, House No. 682 from 5.30pm.

The cortege leaves K.U. Referral Funeral Home (bypass), on Saturday 1st July, 2023 at 6.30am for a service and burial at Kiuu Village, Mukurweini Sub-county, Nyeri County.
