STEPHEN KARANJA KANYONI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Stephen Karanja Kanyoni from Mbari-ya-Hiti, Mugoiri Location, Murang’a County.

Son of the late Frederick Kimani Kanyoni and the late Esther Njeri Wanyutu. Son-in-law to the late Sebastian Wamwati and the late Grecelia Gacambi.

Husband to Martha Wangui Wamwati.

Brother to the late Paul Kabogo, Martha Wanja, the late Josephine Wanika, the late Wambui Muturi and Joyce Njoki. Step-brother to Paul Muchoki.

Brother-in-law to the late Editter Njeri, the late Zapheria Wacuka, the late Mary Wangari, Hanna Nduta and the late Francis Kago, Joseph Karuri and Charity Wanjiru (Denmark), the late John Kamau, the late Christine Wacera, Karuri Kanini and Karuri Gichana.

Father to Cecilia Njambi and the late Johnson Mugo Rumba, Anne Njeri and Stephen Irungu Muria, Mary Wanja and the late Erick Njagi, Dr. Editter Njeri Mugo (PHD) and Peter Ndune, Joseph Kimani and Margaret Magiri, the late Sebastian Irungu, Paul Kabogo and Agatha Wakesho, John Karuri and Josephine Syombua & Susan Wangu, Peter Macharia and Catherine Gitiri, Michael Kamau and Eursila Ngetich. Grandfather, great grandfather and great-great-grandfather to many.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa – Kabati on 04/07/2023 at 8.00am. Requiem Mass will be held at St.Augustine Catholic Church – Mbari ya Hiti. Thereafter, the interment will be held at his home in Mbari ya Hiti Village, Mahiga Mburu.
