MR. CHANDULAL (BATUK) BHAGWANJI LADHA SHAH

It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mr Chandulal (Batuk) Bhagwanji Ladha Shah (formerly of Muranga, then Hawkers Bazaar, Nairobi) on Saturday 8th February 2020 in Nairobi, Kenya.
He was Son of Late Bhagwanji Ladha and Late Shantaben Bhagwanji Ladha (Muranga).
He was Son-in-Law of Late Punja Lakhman and Late Maniben Punja (Singach, India). He was Husband of Ranjanben Chandulal Shah. He was Father of Late Bhavin Chandulal Shah. He was Grandfather of Krishi. He was Brother of Vilasben Hasmukh (UK), Late Nirmalaben Mansukh (UK), Dintaraben Ashok (UK) and Bharat Bhagwanji (Sai Ration, Ridge Court, Nairobi).
He was Brother-in-Law of Late Hasmukh Ranmal (UK), Mansukh Nemchand (UK), Ashok Zaverchand (UK), Sheela Bharat, Late Rekha Bharat, Ramniklal Punja (Bhiwandi), Late Zaverchand Punja (Bhiwandi), Lalit Punja (Bhiwandi), Rajesh Punja (Singach), Hasmukh Punja (Singach), Amratben Lakhamshi(Jamnagar), Kantaben Jadavji (Jamnagar), Manjulaben Ramesh (UK) and Induben Mansukhlal (Dombivali).
He was Nephew of Late Amratben & Late Devchandbhai Punja (UK, formerly Thika), Late Motiben & Late Devchandbhai Nathoo (Kisumu), Late Savitaben & Late Anandjibhai Narshi (Nairobi), Late Jayantilalbhai & Late Amratben Jayantilal (UK) and Rajnikantbhai Manek & Kanchanben Rajnikant (Nairobi).
He was Uncle of Hiten & Alka, Siral & Dipa, Puja, Nikhil & Shamma (all of UK), Hemali (Nairobi) and Jaywanti Chandulal (India).
The cortege will leave from Oshwal Centre, Ring Road, Parklands on Tuesday 11th February 2020 at 10.30am and cremation will take place at the Hindu Smashan Bhumi, Kariokor at 11.00am.
Prayer meeting will be held on Tuesday 11th February 2020 at Oshwal Centre, Ring Road, Parklands at 8:00pm.
Chandulalbhai’s cornea were donated to Kanubhai Babla’s Lions National Eye Bank “When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure” The Trustees, Office Bearers and Managing Committee of Shree Visa Oshwal Community Nairobi send their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
