PRISCILLA AUMA OCHANDA

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Priscilla Auma Ochanda, who departed on 9th July 2023. She peacefully transitioned to eternal rest surrounded by her loving family at Mbagathi Hospital, Nairobi. Though she may have left this earthly realm, her legacy and the memories she created will forever remain etched in our hearts.

Priscilla was born in the year 1963 in Uholo, Siaya County to the late Petro Ogutu and the late Esther Moya. Her love and devotion was extended to her family, where she shone brightly as a devoted wife, a nurturing mother. She cherished her role as a guiding light to her children, imparting invaluable life lessons that will continue to guide them in their journeys.

Priscilla’s love for her faith was unwavering, and she found strength and solace in her spirituality. Her belief in God provided her with comfort and hope, inspiring those around her to embrace their faith with similar dedication. The funeral service to honor Priscilla Auma Ochanda’s life will be held on 29th July 2023 at Uranga Village, South West Alego Location, Siaya County.

As we say our goodbyes, let us remember that while she may be physically gone, her spirit will continue to live on within us. May we find comfort in each other during this time of grief, knowing that Priscilla’s love will forever guide and protect us.

Rest in eternal peace, dear mother. You will forever be missed and cherished.
