Wife of the late Samuel Kagechu Mathew of Koimbe. Mother of Mary Wanja, James Mwangi (Surveyor), Lucy Njeri, Esther Mweru, John Mukuha (High Court) and Jennifer Wanjiku. Sister of Esther Wanjiku Nduki, Grace Njoki and Jane Kabura Ng’ang’a. Mother-in-law of Peter Kamau (Waroki) among others.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta, Referral Hospital on 07/05/2020 at 8.00 am. Burial will take place at her home at Koimbe village Wangu Ward Weithaga location at 11.00am.
