It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Eng. John Kipchirchir CV eruiyot (Kipchirchir Builders) which occurred on Sunday 30th July, 2023 following a long illness.
Son of the late Josiah Mosonik and the late Tapsabei Mosonik of Chernosit Village in Kericho County. Son-in-law to the late Mr and Mrs Micah Kalya.
Loving and caring husband to Jane cheruiyot. Father to Beatrice Cherono (Roxiej, Caroline Chelangat, Duncan Chirchir (Kanyotu), Lillian Chepkurui and Ronald Chirchir. Father-in-law to Diana Chirchir and Judy Chirchir.
Grandfather to Briella Chebet, Hazel Cheptoo, Kyle Kimutai and Kiprop Kalya.
Brother to the late Joseph Cheruiyot, RachaeI Chelangat, Andrew Cheruiyot, David Cheruiyot, Leah Mosonik, the late Paul Cheruiyot, Nancy Mosonik and Ednah Mosonik. Uncle and grandfather to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at home at Chemugeriet Village.
There will be a fundraising event tomorrow Tuesday 8th August, 2023 at his home in Chemugeriet Village, at 2.00pm, to raise funds to offset the pending hospital bill and give him a befitting farewell. The cortege will leave Siloam Lazarus Funeral Home on Thursday 10th August, 2023 at 9.00am for a funeral service at AIC – Chemugeriet Church and later for a vigil at his home. He will be laid to rest at his home on Friday 11th August, 2023, at Chemugeriet Village, Ainapkoi Location, Kericho County.
