MARY WANJA NJENGA WAWERU

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mrs. Mary Wanja Njenga of Githurai, Kimbo Estate.

She was beloved wife of James Njenga Waweru.

She was the daughter of the late John Ngugi Ragoi and the late Damaris Wanjiku Ngugi. She was a loving sister to Margaret Wambui, Samuel Ragoi, Jane Mwihaki, Evans Mbugua,Alice Ciru, Lawrence Kinyanjui and Daniel Kimani.

She was the mother to Leonard Waweru, Peninah Koigi, Margret Warutere, Charles Nienga, Stephen Kubai, Samuel Ragoi, Lawrence Kinyanjui, Paul Thairu, Geoffrey Nyoike and Damaris Githu. Mother-in-law to Catherine, Koigi, Lister, Shan, Hanifa, Carol, Zippy, Wairimu, Rachel and Dr.Wachira.

She was a Grandmother, Aunt and Friend to Many.

Burial preparation meetings led by P.C.E.A Mukinye Church Githurai, Chrisco-Githurai, CCI, ACK Church Chura and Citam Rongai are happening daily from 7 00pm at her home at Githurai Kimbo and at All Saints Cathedral at 5.00pm on the 26th and 27th September 2023.

Burial service shall be at the PCEA Mukinye Church, Githurai on 29th September 2023 from 10.00am and thereafter interment at the Langata Cemetery,
