It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing into Glory of Brigadier Fredrick Ekidor Lokia of Kenya Defence Forces, that occurred on Saturday 14th October, 2023.

Beloved Husband of Josephine Lckasakei. Loving father of Kelvin Male Lokia, Amy Nakhisa Lokia and Brandon Eris Lokia.

Son of the late Ambrose Lokia Ariong’ and the late Maria Alim Lokia. Step-son to Nakiamac Lokia.

Brother to Rita Lekisaat, David Lokia, the late Anastacia lmana (Nasaa), the late Nkitari Lokia and Asunta Nakola.

Step-brother to Oscar, Mandela, Nasieku, Lillian, Shanel, Saitoti, Malwa, Daniel and Victor.

Brother-in-law to Sarini, the late Mare, Paul, Colomus, Susan and Dickson Lekasakei, Uncle and cousin to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Harambee Estate Nairobi and Archers Post Samburu starting from 4.00pm daily for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Mashujaa Funeral Home – Nairobi on Tuesday 24th October, 2023 at 6:00am for requiem mass in Archers Post starting from 9:00am and thereafter the burial ceremony will be held at his home.

The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, blessed be His Holy name. Amen!
