It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing on of Oliviah Jepchirchir Kimutai, in a tragic road accident on October 20th, 2023. Until her death, Oliviah served as the Assistant Sub-County Manager for Joyful Women Organisation in Ainampkoi, Uasin Gishu County where she dedicated herself to making a positive impact in the community.
Loving wife to Hoseah Kimutai. Adoring mother to Heddy Kigen, Harley Jelimo and Herman Kipkalya.
Daughter of Jane Seurey of Emkoin Village, Uasin Gishu County. Daughter-in-law to the late Kipsambu Kibet and Rachel Kimoi Sambu of Torongo-Nerkwo, Baringo County.
Doting sister to Maureen Chepng’etich Tarus, Brian Bor and Jacob Bunah.
Sister-in-law to Moses Kipsambu, Christine Kiptum, Kiplagat Sambu, John Sambu, Joan Sambu, Florence Sambu, Kiprop Sambu, Richard Sambu, James Sambu, Faith Kibet, Bernard Tarus, Elsie Bor and Winny Tonui.
Aunt to Laureen, Richard, lan,Audreen, lmara, Zuri and Nia. Niece to the late Fredrick Bor, Hillary, David, Julius, Clara,The late Pamela Jemeli, Emily and Joan.
The cortege will leave Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on November 3rd,2023 at 12.00pm for Mass at St. Mary’s Kipkorgot Catholic Church at 3.00pm followed by an overnight stay at her home in Kipkorgot, Uasin Gishu County. The funeral service will be held at Torongo, Eldama Ravine on November 4th, 2023 from 9:30am.
