It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our dad, Dr Elly Oloo Oduol (formerly of UNDP) which occurred on November 11th, 2023, at the Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu.

Beloved husband to the late Wilhelmina Adhiambo Oduol.

Son of the late Mzee Joab Oduol Jura and the late Mama Hellen Adipo Oduol of Alego Nyajuok, Kademba Village, Siaya.

Loving father to Donald Opiyo Oduol, Steve Mumma Oduol and Allan Opondo Oduol. Father-in-law to Anne Ingashani Opiyo, Eunice Ruguru Mumma and Phoebe Atieno Oduol

Son-in-law to the late Mzee Augustine Mumma Odongo and Mama Emmarencia Atieno Mumma of Sigoti Location, Upper Nyakach, Ramogi.

Loving brother to the late Mary Oyaya, the late Samuel Ochieng Oduol, the late Richard Opondo Oduol, the late
Jeremia Oduol, Rose Atieno Juma, Lorna Atieno and Emily Ayuoyi.

There will be a requiem service at The All Saints Cathedral Church – Nairobi on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 at 12noon followed by a virtual fundraiser the same day at 6.00pm.

The body leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary in Kisumu on Friday, December 1st, 2023, for a service at St Stephens
ACK Nyajuok, after which the cortege will proceed to his home,

The funeral service will be held at Nyajuok Secondary School on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at 10:00am. Thereafter, Mzee Oduol will be laid to rest at his home in Alego Nyajuok, Kademba village, South East Alego, Siaya County.
