WENDY MORAA NYAMBOGO

We regret to announce the sudden passing on of Wendy Moraa Nyambogo of the University of Nairobi on 21/1 1/2023.

She was the daughter to Dickson Nyambogo Nyambane of Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and Irene Wanyama of National Drought Management Authority. She was the sister to Lewis Kenga’ra Nyambogo of (UoN Parklands Campus). Granddaughter to the late Meshack Nyambane, Priscilla Bisieri, Wellington Wanyama and Regina Wanyama.

Niece to Bart, Frank Atei, Mike, Mzenga, Joseph and David Wanyama’s (USA), Alice, Ben, the late Catherine Simiyu, Florence, Ken, Evans, Donald, Linet, Dinah, Orpha, Joseph, Mary Khanjira, Jackline Kemunto, Leonidah among others.

Cousin to Claudia, Brenda, Natasha, Nancy, Faith, Edwin, Sammy, Eric, Chilande, Nabulumbi, Frank, Allan, Cassim, Willy, Diana, Bradley, Levi, Tony, Stella, Eugene, Sidney, Carol, Owen, Gillian, Valentine, Saphie, Lisa, Kevin, Adrian, Rodrick among others.

Her body is being preserved at Montezuma Funeral Home – Nairobi.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their residential home in Rongai and rural home at Nyamaiya, in Nyamira County.

There will be a candle lighting ceremony at University of Nairobi on 29/11/ 2023, from 5.00pm to 8.00pm at 844 Building. ‘

The cortege will depart from Nairobi for Nyamalya, Bokiambori Sub-location, West Mugirango Location, Nyamira County on 30/11/2023 for the burial service on 01/12/2023.

Wendy was a fighter till the very end, even though she might be physically gone, she is still here with us in spirit & we hope she rests peacefully forever after.
