ISAAC MEEME MURUNGI

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mwalimu Isaac Meeme Murungi that occurred on Thursday 23rd November, 2023 at Lifecare Hospital Meru County after a short illness.

Son of the late Dorobino Murungi and Magdaline Kailu Leria.

Loving husband to Lucy Kairungi Meeme (Kirindara Primary School).

Loving father to Polycarp Munene, Nixon Mwenda (Jabu), Evalyne Kaguri and Joan Mwendwa.

Father-in-law to Alexia Mbeca Munene.

Brother to Jesse Mbaabu, Davis Muthamia, Susan Kathao, Francisca Kabutia, Jerusha Nkatha, Nelly Kinya, Jane Kaimuri and Doris Kaari.

Grandfather to Precious Ntinyari Muthuri and Lennon Mutharimi Munene.

Burial preparation meetings are taking place daily at their home in Neg’awa Village, Laare from 3.00pm and at Jesse’s Miraa Place in Thome, next to Rubis Petrol Station in Nairobi from 5.00pm.

The cortege will leave Maua Methodist Hospital Mortuary on Friday 1st December 2023 at 10.00 am for burial service to be held at St. Marks Methodist Church -Laare and thereafter burial rites at their home in Muurune Village.
