It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our dear Mum and Wife on 23rd November, 2023.

Beloved wife to Jones Mutiso Kathembe. Doting mother to Violet Nilani (Sweetie), Joseph Kathembe, Lilian Koki and Anthony Makau. Grandmother to Shanice, Tasha and Jabari.

Loving aunt to James, Elizabeth, Tansy, Dennis, lan, Bravin, Koki, among others.

Daughter of the late Morris Mule and Monica Nzilani of Unyuani-Kangundo. Daughter-in-law to the late Kathembe Nzaku, the late Koki Kathembe and Ruth Mutanu.

Sister to the late Julius Wambua, the late Sammy Mwanza, Christine Mwatha, James Kilonzo and the late Joseph Musyoka.

Sister-in-law to Nelson Makau, Lazarus Kalungu, Dr. Stephen Mwatha, Kambua Mbuvi, Damaris Kilonzo, Kamene,
Kalumu and the late Syonthi.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the family residence in Buruburu Phase 3 – Gichi Court from 5:30pm.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, 30th November, 2023 at Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road at 11.00am.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home – Mbagathi to Kitui County -Katulani on Saturday 2nd December, 2023 at 6.00am.
