RUTH WANGARI CHEGE (MAMA WARUGURU)

It is with profound sadness to announce the sudden death of Ruth Wangari Chege (Mama Waruguru), that occurred at the KU Referral Hospital – Bypass, on 25/11/2023.

She was the adoring daughter to the late Samuel Chege Mwangi and Teresiah Waruguru Chege (Wagachango).

Loving Mother to Teresiah Waruguru Wangari, Jane Wanigu (deceased) and Samuel Chege (deceased). Grandmother to Prina Wangari and many others.

Sister to John Gachango (deceased), Shadrack Mwangi Chege and Joseph Wanyioke (deceased).

In-law to Viginia Wambui, Stella Mwikali, Jane Wangui, Pauline Muthoni.

Aunt to Kinuthia, Terry, Gachango, Carlton, Terez, Winnie, Dylan, George, Ann, Samuel and Chris.

Niece to Father J.K. Mwangi and Kihiu Gachango and many others, She was a cousin to many.

Meetings are being held everyday in Maziwa Estate for funeral arrangements at 5:00pm.

The cortege will leave KU Bypass Referral Mortuary on 01/12/2023 at 8:00am for a funeral service at her home in Murera, opposite Wankan Academy, followed by the burial ceremony at her home in Murera.
