We are saddened to announce the promotion to higher glory of Julius Kamau Gatune on 30th November, 2023 after a short illness.

Husband to Saweria Wanjiru Kamau. Loving father to Jane Nyambura, Ephantus Mwangi, John Muya, Stanley Chege, Esther Wangechi and Edward Waiguru. Father-in-law to David Muchembi, the late Hannah Mwangi, Agatha Muya and Jacinta Wangui Chege.

Adoring grandfather to Waweru Muchembi & Celaphine Wambui, Kamau Muchembi, Wanjiru Mwangi & Edwin Chui, Kamau Mwangi, Wanjiru Muya, Wanjiru Chege, Kamau Chege, Wanjiru Wangechi, Muthoni Wangechi. Great
grandfather to Amaya Nyambura and Aliana Wangechi.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial preparation at his home every day.

The cortege will leave Kangema funeral home on Friday 8 December 2023 at 8:00 am. for funeral Service at Kahuti
Polytechnic grounds. He will then be laid to rest at his home in Gatang’ara Village — Kangema, Murang’a County thereafter.
