ABIJAH WAKARINDI NJOMO

We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Abijah Wakarindi Njomo on the 11th of December 2023, after an illness bravely fought.

Abijah was the wife of the late Harrison Gichanga Njomo.

Mother to June Wangari & Solomon Osundwa, Sarah Muthoni Gichanga, the late Eric Nijomo Gichanga and Mercy Wambui Gichanga. Grandmother to Tess, lhabi and Luyali Osundwa.

Daughter to the late Serah Muthoni and the late Hiram Wambugu. Daughter-in- law to the late Teresia Wakonyo & the late Christopher Njomo.

Sister to the late Peter Mwangi and Eunice Njambi, Zipporah Wangui and the late Samuel Njege, Betha Wangari & the late Edward Maina, Grace Wanjiku & Donald Maina, Joyce Wanjiru & the late Felix Kimura and Samuel & Jemimah Gachugi Wambugu.

Sister in law to Jidraph & Hellen Gathua, the late Jane Wambui, the late Michael & Alice Njoroge, Evelyn & the late Samuel Gicheha Kimani, the late Nancy & the late George Kago, Gilbert & Fraciah Njuki.Aunt, friend, mentor and teacher to many.

There will bee gathering to condole with the family at 3.00 p.m. on Sunday the 17th December 2023 at Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road.

Funeral service will be at Nairobi Baptist Church at 8.45a.m. on Monday the 18th December 2023 followed by the  burial at her Maragua farm on the same day.
