We regret to announce the demise of Douglas Tendeka Nyangena which occurred in Dallas, Texas (USA).

Son to the late Julius Nyangena Tendeka and Josephine Nyangena. Brother to Judith Kwamboka(KTRH), Everlyne Nyarinda( KEMSA), Janet Magoma(Kisii County), Dorothy Nyamusi, Whitney Mong’ina and Samuel Nyakego (Kenyatta University).

Douglas met Maya Escareno Ramirez and bore a son, Keith Lewis Nyangena. Later, Dougias and Caroline Kigundo bore a daughter, Rachelle Moraa.

Nephew to Mwango, Nyabando, Mokeira, Bosibori, Nyameino, Mary, Nyang’au, Nyanchama, Nyagar, Catherine, Monica, Elizabeth, Monica, Nyakundis,Asugas, Otweres,Alice, Monyangi. Brother-in-law to the late Josephat Kahara, Emmanuel Mwangi and Pauline Nyakoiro.

Uncle to Kyle Kinuthia, Reign Jesse, Jayleen Moraa, Tracy Mwangi, Sasha Mwangi and Marshall Nyangena.

Grandson to the late Tendeka, the late Rael Moraa, the late Sigara, the late Esther Miyrenda and the late Francis Miyienda.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Kisii Sports Club-Kisii, Sagret Hotel Nairobi and their home village in Nyaronge.

The main fundraising is being held today at Kisii Sports Club and on Tuesday, 19th December 2023 at Sagret Hotel, Nairobi.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral home on Thursday, 21st December 2023 to his home in Nyaronge. Burial will be held on 22nd December 2023 at his Nyaronge home in Gesima Location, Riamoni Sub-Location, Nyamira County.
