JULIAH KANANA MUNG’ORI

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mrs Juliah Kanana Mungori, of Kirimene Villon, Meru, which occurred on 4th January 2024.

Daughter of the late Rufus M’Mwongo and Sarah Nchekei.

Wife to the late Daniel Mungori. Mother to Lucy Makandi, the late Mercy Karimi, Joan Karwitha, Grace Kathure, Pauline Kagwiria, Humprey Mwenda, Carolyne Kendi, Winfred Mpinda, Irene Wanja. She was mother-in-law to many.

Sister to Kibiti, Manja, Nkirote, Salome, Magiri, the late Kanorio and Gitonga.

Grandmother to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Kiremene Village, Meru County.

Prayers and burial arrangements will be held on Tuesday 9th January 2024 and Wednesday 10th January, 2024, at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi, at 5:00 pm. –

The cortege leaves the Nanyuki Cottage Hospital mortuary on Friday 12th January, 2024 at 7:00 am for the funeral service at Kirimene Methodist Church, in Meru.

Thereafter, she will be laid to rest at her home, in North Imenti, Ntima West, in Meru County.
