JACQUELINE MUTHONI OJWANG

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Hon. Jacqueline Muthoni Ojwang of Butere Law Courts, which occurred on 17 th March, 2024, after a short illness.

She was the beloved daughter of Johnson O. Ojwang and the late Flora Ruguru Ojwang, and Charity Ojwang. 

Step-daughter of Phoebe,Wilkista, Sipora, the late Jane, Elsa, Susan, Bessy Gaceri, and many others.

Sister of Achieng of Supreme Court, Eng Hillary of State Department for Public Works, Valentis and Love Sussy, both of USIU-School of Medicine and Zecky of Freds Academy-Meru.

Sister-in-law of Jewel Mbaabu, Vincent Oyoo, among others.

Niece of Joseph Ojwang, Odero Ojwang, Eric Aoga, wakili Paul Ojwang of AG’s Office, Moses Ojwang, Michael Okinyi, Joshua Ojwang, the late Mary, Margaret, Mutembei, the late Gatakaa, the late Kagendo, Kimathi, Mugendi, Purity, Josiah, the late Moses, Daniel, the late Caleb, Isaiah, the late John, the late Festus, the late Mansa, the late Okal, Maxon, Alex Ochumba, the late Odhiambo among others.

There was a memorial service on Monday, 1st April, 2024, at CITAM Valley Road from 10.00 am. The cortege will leave Kirindo Mortuary, Mbita, on 4th April 2024 to Uozi, Mfangano Island.

She will be laid to rest on Friday, 5th April, 2024, at Uozi, Mfangano South, Suba Central sub-county, Homabay County.
