It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Elder Eunice Wangechi Kirugumi of Muthu-ini Village, Mweiga, Nyeri on 5th April, 2024.

Daughter of the late Joshua Gichuhi and the late Loice Nyagura.

Daughter-in-law of the late Kagenyo Ngara and late Mary Wanjugu .Loving wife of the late Jasan Kirugumi.

Loving mother of Mary Wanjugu, Loise Muthoni, Duncan Kariuki, the late Epharus Nyawira, the late Alice Wathima, Susan Wangari, Grace Murugi and the late Alice Wairimu.

Mother-in-law of James Mwai, Chege Mwangi and Dominic Maina.

Sister of Alice Igoko, Bilha wanjiku, late Nyakwea, Susan Ndirangu, Ndungu Gichuhi among others.

Sister-in-law of the late Beth Ruhiu, the late Susan Karau, the late Robertson Gichuki, Alice Wairimu, Esther Wambui, Elder Jeremiah Kagenyo among others.

Grandmother of Eunice, Jason, Esther, Wanjiku, Joan, Ken, Kate, Collins, Sandra, Amos, Jason, Andrew Kirugumi among others.

Great grandmother of Mayon, Angel, Mellisa.

Prayers and funeral arrangements are ongoing at her residence in Muthuini Village starting at 3:00pm

The cortege leaves Mary Immaculate Hospital on 16th April 2024 at 8.00a.m for the funeral service and burial at her home Muthuini Village, Nyeri County.
