DAINA WANJIKU MUITA

With deep sadness and a humble acceptance of God’s divine plan, we announce the passing of Daina Wanjiku Muita on April 14th, 2024.

She was the cherished daughter of the late Muithuri Gachini and the late Wangari Gachini.

Daina was the beloved wife of the late Alphaxad Muita Muriu, and a loving mother of the late Bishop Isaac Muriu and Pastor Bernice Muriu, Agnes Mbuthia and the

late Robert Mbuthia, the late Pauline Kanja and the late Gabriel Kanja, Mary Mburu and the late Willy Mburu, Alice Irungu and Robinson Irungu, Martha Mbugua and

Moses Mbugua, the late Fredrick Maina and Rose Maina, Livingstone Kariuki and Grace Kariuki and Eng. John Muita and Elsie Muita.

Her legacy lives on through her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

The cortege will depart from Montezuma Mortuary Kabati at 9:00 am on April 24th,2024, proceeding to St. Peters ACK Church in Githunguri village, Kagundu-ini

Location, for a funeral service at 11:00 am. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Kabati Village.

In this time of grief, let us find solace in the word of matthew 5:4

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”
