It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Mwalimu Symon Kanini Ndirangu. He hails from Gakanga Village, Endarasha location, Nyeri County.

Son of the late Ndirangu Kanini and the late Edith Waithiegeni, Step-son of the late Beatrice Wanjiku all from Kiawaita Village Kaheti, Mukurwe-ini Sub-county.

Loving husband of Eunice Wangechi Kanini. Cherished Father of Jane Wangui and Paul Thumi David Ndirangu and Elizabeth Wangari, Daniel Macharia and Phoebe Wambui, Grace Mumbi and Martin Kungu, Ann Wairimu and Silvesters Wachira, Samuel Wanjohi and Grace Mugure.

Brother of Mary Wairimu, the late Oreste Wanjohi, Agnes Gathoni, the late James Maina, the late Florence Wangui, the late Symon Mwangi, the late Charles Muriithi, Robert Kaguchia, Bishop Bernand Gichuki, Esther Wairimu, Dr Peter Karimi, Elijah Njoroge and Mary Wanjiru.

Grandfather of Symon’s, Nyawira, Eunice, Ean, Ryan, Gloria, Muchoki, Roy, Davis, Njuguna, Nungari and Gitau. He was an uncle of many.

Funeral arrangements are taking place daily at his home in Gakanga village, Endarasha Location from 4.00pm and his son’s place Membley Jerusalem court Hse No J 101 from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home (Outspan) on Saturday, 25/05/2024 at 8.00am, for a funeral service at Gakanga Secondary School ground starting at 10.00am. There after he will be laid to rest at is home in Gakanga village, Endarasha Location, Nyeri County.
