ELIZABETH JOEL MOMANYI

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the passing on to glory of Mrs. Elizabeth Joel Momanyi on Monday 10th June 2024 after a long illness gallantly borne.

She was the daughter of the late Antimus Marima and the late Wilfreda Kerubo of Bosiango village, Motembe location, Nyamira County.

Daughter in love to Rev. Shadrack and Sarah Momanyi, Mochengo village, Kisii County. 

Elizabeth was the loving wife to the late Joel Orenge Momanyi and dearest mother of Thomas Nyamweya & Lelde Nyamweya, Daniel Orenge & Jackie Awuor, Cynthia Orenge, Winnie Orenge and Anne Naishorua.

She was a dotting grandmother of Maverick Orenge, Courtney Orenge, Olivia Nyamweya, Joshua Nyamweya, Neyo Orenge, David Orenge, Gianna Orenge, Gerard

Orenge and Shangwe Orenge.

She is survived by her siblings Mary Masita, William Moseti, Simon Osoro, Dominic Kadesa.

Sister to the late Andrew Atandi and the late Lawrence Asiago.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers at the family home in Gataka, Kajiado County from 2pm.

There will be a fundraiser on Monday 17th June, 2024 at CITAM Valley Road starting 5:00pm.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday19th June, 2024 at CITAM Karen starting 10:00am.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home for the memorial service, thereafter the family will proceed for a private burial ceremony at their home in Gataka, Kajiado County.
