ELDER REUBEN KIPKEMBOI KOECH

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Elder Reuben Kipkemboi Koech of Zep-Re PTA Insurance Company, which occurred on June 13th, 2024.

He was the beloved son of the late Philemon Koech and Mama Ludiah Koech (Kapcheubet) of Kaptumo/Songich, Uasin Gishu County, and son-in-law of the late Joash Ochieng Ougo and Mama Rispa Ayieko Ochieng(Nyahera) Reuben was the cherished husband of Teresia Akinyi Koech (Britam) and devoted father of Phil-Joash

(UK), Prudence (Germany), and Praise (Banda School).

He was a dear brother of Rebecca (TSC), Tito(Equity Bank), Nicholas(EACC), Everlyne(TSC), Henry(KQ), Gideon(Jamii Telkom) and Moses. Brother-in-law of Margaret, Charles, Patrick, Regina, Judy, Jairus, Peninah, Arnolda, Elphas, Mollen and Lucy. Uncle of Collins, Cindy, Godwin, Stacy, Mikel, Adeline amongst others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence at Riara Exeter Apartments, next to Makini School.

A fundraising event will be held on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024, at Nairobi Central SDA Church, Old Sanctuary at 5.00pm. Financial support to be sent to Mpesa No. 0722 365573

A memorial service will take place at Lavington SDA Church on June 21st, 2024 at 11.00am.

The body of the deceased will be taken from Lee Funeral Home on June 23rd, 2024, for an overnight stay at his farm in Plateau, Uasin Gishu County, where the burial will be conducted on Monday, June 24th, 2024 at 9.00am
