It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Zachary Kipserem arap Korir of Ng’enyilel, Kipkaren Ward, Mosop Constituency, Nandi County which occurred on 12th June 2024 at St. Luke’s Orthopaedic and Trauma Hospital, Eldoret.

Beloved husband of Franciscah Korir.

Father of Dr. Thomas and Julieth Serrem, Julius and Irine Korir, Nicholas and Hellen Korir, Josephine and Kenneth Lang’at, Prof.Albert and Rebecca Korir, Hillary and Njeri Korir, Bernard and Rosemary Serem, Susan and Dr. James Sang.

Grandfather of Ben, Jacqueline, Hemeshire, Noleens, Josphat, Wesley, Dennis, Vivian, Leah, Lucy, Cynthia, Daisy, Mary Magdalene, Ivy, Noella, Nabil, Kayla, Anthony, Raymond, Basil, Martin and Lucien.

He was blessed with three great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 26th June 2024 at 10am for a requiem Mass at St. Joseph Allamano Catholic Church and an overnight vigil at his home Ng’enyilel, Kipkaren Ward.

Funeral service and burial will be held on Thursday 27th June 2024 at his home Ng’enyilel, Kipkaren Ward, Mosop Constituency, Nandi County from 9am.
