It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing on of Margaret Ogutu.

Margaret was the lovely daughter of the late Gerald Olola of Umala Sub-Location, East Alego Location, Siaya County and the late Marina Njeri of Githirioni village, Kiambu County. Step daughter of Konsolata Okello Olola (Nyakan).

Beloved wife of the late Charles Ogutu Obonyo and loving mother of Gabriel Ogutu Obonyo, Dr. Timothy Odede, Paul Olola, Carren Awuor, Thomas Robert Otieno, Marina Achieng Njeri and Dr. Daniel Ombaka.

She’s the loving sister of Joseph Otieno Olola, Mary Atieno Olola, the late Angeline Apondi, the late Oscar Ofafa, the late Paul Lumumba Olola, the late Dominic Olola, the late Ambi Olola, Winnie Adhiambo, the late Rose Akoth, Carolyn Awino, the late Millicent Achieng, Hon. Justice James Olola, Beatrice Adhiambo Olola, Denis Okumu Olola (KCB Rwanda), Joakim Ochieng Olola and the late Jackline Akinyi Olola.

The late Margaret was beloved sister-in-law of Jackline Otieno Olola, Phoebe Ofafa, Jerusha Awuor, the late Alice Anyango Otieno, Dorothy Awuor Olola, Carolyn Ongonge and Irene Aluoch.

The cortege departs from Lee Funeral Home on Friday 5th July 2024.

Margaret will be buried at her home in Uyoma Katwenga, Rarieda on Saturday 6th July, 2024.
