It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dr. Frederick Joshua Wangati, who left us on the 21st July 2024 after a beautifully lived life.

He was the son of the late Paul Ngaara and Eddah Njeri Ngaara. He was Loving Husband of Minnie Wanjiru Wangati.

Father of Maureen Njeri Wangati-Gnagbo, Paula Wanjira Wangati and Dr. Kenneth Ngaara Wangati.

He was father in law of Joseph Oscar Gnagbo and Juliet Njeri Wamai-Wangati.

Grandfather of Chije Wangati Jr, Wanjiru Wangati, James Wangati and Zawadi Wanjiru Wangati.

Brother of the late Judy Mumbi Muhia, the late Serah Wanjiru Mugo, Ruth Wanjiku Ngaara, James Mwaura Ngaara, Margaret Njoki Kahinga and the late Alice Wangui Mwangi.

He was a loved uncle and grandfather of many.

Full of love, laughter, and resilience, he touched the lives of all who knew him.

The service will be held on Friday, 26th July, 2024, at 10:00 am. at ACK, St Francis Church, Karen.

Cremation will follow at Kariakor Crematorium at 2.00 pm.

The viewing of the body will be at 7.30 am at Montezuma Funeral Home.
