JOHN BOSCO KISOME MUTISYA
It is with profound sadness that we announce the demise of John Bosco Kisome Mutisya which occurred in the early afternoon hours of Friday 19th July 2024.
Until his demise, JB as he was popularly known was the man behind Machakos Town Choir, a band that was very popular in the 70’s.
JB was husband of Francisca Mwikali.
He was father of Scholastica Theuri, Magdaline Otieno, Carolyne Mbenge, Queen Mumbua, Regina Otieno, Mac Mwanthi , Kevin Mutisya and Joseph Kieti.
He was father in law of Edward Thettri, Denice Otieno, Collins Otieno and Faith Wayua.
JB was a doting grandfather of Mitchelle, Cadrie, Garcelle, Trey, Tatyana, Jeremy, Persia, Ryan , Antoine, Liam and Jackson.
JB was the son of the late James Mutisya Mwanthi and the late Regina Mueke Mutisya.
He was the 6th of 11 siblings namely, the late Francis Makau, the late William Mulemba, the late Grace Maswii, Martha Mbula, Elizabeth Muindi, Raphael Mutisya, Monica Kitusa, Philip Masila(US), Joseph Muthini and Mary Goretti.
JB was a brother in-law, cousin, and uncle to many.
The funeral service and burial will be held at his home in Matuu on 3rd August 2024.
Friends and relatives are meeting in Utawala to finalize the burial arrangements.
