MARY WANGARI NJUGUNA

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Mary Wangari Njuguna that occurred on 3rd August, 2024.

Dear wife of Njuguna Macharia Mbuthi of Naivasha. Daughter of the Late Francis Macharia Ngondo and the Late Hannah Njoki Macharia of Mihuti Village, Mathioya, Muranga. Daughter in-law of the Late Stanley Mbuthi and the Late Monica Wanjiru of Munyu Village, Ihindu, Naivasha.

Mother of Stanley Mbuthi (Naivasha), Francis Macharia (Thika), John Njenga (Naivasha) and Monica Wanjiru (Naivasha). Mother in-law of Anne Mugechi and Beatrice Wathira.

Grandmother of Alexis Wangari, Natalie Wanjiru among others. Sister of Hellen Maina (Naivasha), the Late Ngondo Macharia, Charity Muriithi (Eldoret), the Late Cpt.

Martin Nguru, Dorcas Mwangi (Naivasha) and Linet Were (Ngong).

She was a sister in law, niece, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Nyamathi, Naivasha for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Naivasha Sub-County Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 8th August, 2024 at 9.00 am for service and burial thereafter at Munyu Village, Ihindu, Naivasha, opposite Munyu Baptist Church.
