It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Eld Dr. Richard Osoro Keroti of North Mogirango, Itibo Location, Bonyuyu Village, Nyamira County which occurred on 6th August 2024 at Kenyatta Hospital after a short illness.

Husband of Rebecca Matinde Ondari.

Father of Humphrey, Dr. Yvonne and Wayne. Son of William Keroti Ndege and Gesiah Kemunto. Brother of Tom, Geoffrey (USA), Josephine, Gladys, Beatrice, Lucy, David, George, Gisemba, Motanya, Justus, Ronald, Mosigisi, Zipporah, Oliver, Makori and the late Mogeni.

Cousin of Mosongo, Elkana, Okeri, Lilian, Wollen and Senator Mogeni among others. Nephew of Johnson, Mayaka, Orucho, Morinwa, Okari, Mayaka, the late Mireri, Nyamagera, Mageto, Ombachi and Ongenyo. Aunts Bosibori Gechemba Fronicah, Nyamoita, the late Nyaboke among others.

Son in law of Rudia Magoma and the late Ondari Kegege.

Brother in law of Atuti, Flonicah, Ayioka, Margaret, Misiani Hyline Elinah Zipporah, Tabitha, Jack, Vaphne among others.

Father in law of Valentine Elagosa Maena, Korera of Edward Otieno Maena and Innocent Maena. Semo of George, and the late Andrew. Friends and family are meeting daily at his home (Kitengela) Adjacent to Muthenya Primary school from 5.00 pm for prayers and burial arrangement.

A major fundraising will be held on 15th August 2024 at his residence starting from 2.00pm.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on 17th August, 2024 for Kitengela for overnight stay.

The cortege will then leave for his home North Mogirango, Itibo Location, Kenyoro sub-location Boisanga, Bonyuyu Village, Nyamira County on 18th August 2024 where he will be laid to rest on 19th August 2024
