With Deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the untimely demise of Clive Mogeni Makamara, which occurred on Wednesday, 31st July 2024 in Cape town South Africa.

He was an employee of Amazon Web Services (AWS) based in Cape Town, South Africa.

He was the beloved husband of Caroline Wawira Ngari. Doting father of Zoey Niara Maturwe.

Loving son of Hon. Fred Makamara and Dr. Mary Morara Makamara and son in-law of Dr. Bonface Ngari and Dr. Ephraith Ngari.

Brother of Dr. Lesley Gesare, Gillian Makamara, Ian Makamara and Angel Makamara. Brother-in-law of Wellington Mugendi and Humphrey Munene.

Uncle of Eleanor and Arthur. Grandson of the late Makamara Mogeni and Jeria Kerubo Makamara, the late Henry Morara and the late Wilkister Maturwe.

Nephew of the Makamara’s and Morara’s. Cousin of many.

Friends and family are meeting for prayers and internment arrangements daily at the family home in Nkoroi, at 5.00pm.

Funeral service will be on 19th August 2024, at CITAM, Ongata Rongai, Kajiado North from 10.00am and thereafter Internment at their family home in Nkoroi, Kajiado North.
