It is with humble acceptance of God that we announce the passing of Stephen Gachoka Kihiu on 15th August 2024 following a tragic road accident along Mombasa Nairobi highway.

Son of the late Zacharia Kihiu and the late Lucy Wairimu Kihiu. Husband of Alice Nyambura Gachoka.

Father of Zacharia Kihiu Gachoka, Lucy Wairimu Gachoka (Germany), Loise Mukami Gachoka (Germany) and Dennis Mariga Gachoka. Father in-law of Ann Njeri Kihiu, Andreas Knabjohann.

Son in-law of the late Ibrahim Mariga Njoroge and the late Loise Mukami Mariga.

Grandfather of Lexxie Mukami, Jayden Gachoka Kihiu, Arianna Nyambura Kihiu, Ethan Gikubu Kihiu, Wanjiku Kihiu, Alice Nyambura Knabjohann, Pendo Makena Knabjohann, Elijah Gachoka Knabjohann, Joshua Kihiu Knabjohann, Tamara Nyambura & Ally Antonnia Nyambura.

Brother of Joseph Kibe, the late Mary Wanjiru, the late Elizabeth Njeri, Noah Wanyoike, Ann Wanja, Paul Kariuki, the late Jecinta Muthoni, Nduta Kihiu and the late Naomi Njeri.

Brother in law of the late John Mwangi, the late Jane Waithiegeni, the late Samuel Maina, Agnes Muthoni, James Githiji, the late Nancy Wanjiku, Mary Njoki, the late Charity Wanjiru, Anne Wanja (USA) Isaac Kariuki, Sarah Muthoni (Czech).

Family and friends are meeting for prayers and burial arrangements at his home in Kinamba in Naivasha.

The cortege will leave Jamani Funeral Home Naivasha on Wednesday, 28th August 2024 at 9.00am for burial at his home in Kinamba, Naivasha.
