It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Margaret Wangu Muriuki of Unjiru Village, Kiamaina, Mathira Nyeri County. 

Daughter of Catherine Wangui Macharia and daughter in law of Grace Wairimu Ngibuini. Wife of Michael Muriuki Ngibuini. Co-wife of Lydia Hiuko Muriuki. 

Mother of Patrick (KaRU Uni) Mercy (Kieni PVC), Catherine (Krt Hos.), Charity (Nyeri Assembly), David JKIA) and Njogu (NTSA).

Mother in law of Martha Wangui, the late Peter Wainaina, Frank Kibuthu, James Wachira and Sarah Wanjiru. 

Sister in-law of Nderitu Ngibuini, Kabiri, Wanjiru among others. Grandmother of 9 grandchildren and great grandmother of one child.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her Kiamaina home for prayers and burial arrangements starting 3.00pm.

The cortege will leave Jamii Hospital Mortuary, Karatina on Thursday August 29 th 2024 at 8.00 am.

Funeral service at Unjiru PCEA Church starting 10.00am followed by burial later at her husband’s home Kiamaina Village
