NANCY WANGUI MWAI

We are heartbroken to announce the passing on of our beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, Nancy Wangui Mwai on Sunday, 8th September 2024 after a short illness.

She was the second born of the late Eliud and Peris Wanjiru Mugo. Wife of Evan Mwai Wahome.

Mother of Juliet Wairimu, the late Kenneth Wahome and the late Angela Wanjiru. Grandmother of Ian Mwai,Vivian Wangui, Gregory Muthuri, Leon Mbochi, Ryan Mwai and many others.

She was sister of the late Peter Githinji, Patricia Mwangi, the late Charles Muriuki, the late Eric Karobia, Rose Atonson, Pauline Mari, Joycelyn Njoki, Penelope Wandia and Raymond Muchina.

Sister-in-law of Bertha Kabiru, the late Wakariti Githitho, the late Priscillah Gathiuni, the late Morris Wahome, the late Phyllis Murai, the late Laurence Njuru, the late James Kahuthu and Edwin Ngure. Aunt and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting for prayers at PCEA Loresho Community Church from Tuesday, 10th September 2024 to Thursday, 12th September 2024 starting at 5.00 pm.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, 13th September 2024, 2pm, at Loresho PCEA Community Church.

She will be buried at her home in Kiaruhiu, Mathira Constituency, Nyeri County on Tuesday, 17th September 2024.
