ARTHUR CHEGE MESHACK NGABU

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Mr. Arthur Chege Meshack Ngabu on Sunday, 1st September, 2024. He was a former director of Livestock and Agriculture. 

Arthur was husband of Margaret Wangui and beloved father of the late Phyllis Wambui, Anne Njambi, Caroline Wanja Ciano and father in-law of Chris Ciano of Canada.

Chege was son of the late mzee Meshack Ngabu and the late Alice Wambui, son in-law of the late mzee Jeremiah Mwangi Ruthuku and the late Loise Njambi Ng’era of Gitweku Weithaga.

Baba Wambui was brother of the late Margarret Gituto Wanja Maina, the late Samuel Muthui Ngabu of Highlands Inn hotel Eldoret, the late John Njoroge, the late Mary Njeri and Rosemary Waigwe Kamau. 

He was uncle of many and grandfather of Taleah Nyawira and Noriah Wangui.

The cortège leaves Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary on Kamae road, Northern Bypass on Friday, 13th September, 2024 at 7:30 AM for a funeral service and burial ceremony at his Kirogo home, Kahuhia, Murang’a County at 10:00 AM.
