RICHARD NJERU KABUIRE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Richard Njeru Kabuire, which occurred on 25th, September 2024 in Kerugoya.

Richard was the son of the late Kabuire wa Gatungu and the late Mary Wamiru Kabuire.

He was the brother of the late Wanjira Kabuire and Ngobia Kabuire.

He was a loving and devoted husband of Rose Muthoni Njeru and an adored father of Mary Wamiru, Bertha Wambere Mbilu, Jane Wanjira Ndirangu, Esther Wangui Thuo, Dainah Kariuko Murage, Kellen Karungari Ngoco, Samuel Mureithi.

He was the adored father-in-law of: Sammy Mbilu, Francis Ndirangu, John Thuo Kamau, Peter Karoki (Woodcreek School), William Ngoco, Susan Wairimu.

He was the doting grandfather of: Wanjiru, Casey, Zawadi, Jamila, Edwin, Allan, Michelle, Kimberley, Joan, Miriam, Joseph, Njeru, Joy and Muthoni.

He was the great grandfather of Isaiah Thuo. He was an uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at the family home in Kimunye.

A memorial service to celebrate his life and legacy will be held today Tuesday, 1st October 2024, at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi starting at 5:00PM.

The cortège will leave Kibugi Funeral Home in Kutus at 9:30AM on Thursday, 3rd October 2024 for a funeral and burial service at the family home in Kimunye starting at 10:30AM.
