It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Evelyne Keeru Opemi.

Daughter of the late Japhet Kibutiri and Joyce Kambura of Gitombani Village of Tharaka Nithi County.

Loving wife of the late Livingstone Opemi, loving mother of Gordon, Petronilla(USA), Daniel (Iceland), Roland, Alfrick, Lilac, Corazon and Dalmas. Grandmother of Keone,

Aurellah, Ariel, Jane, Jayden, Evelyne,Virginia, Jesicah, Joy, Darren, Gracious and Ryan.

Sister of the late Muthoni, the late Kaimuri, Ntuyi, the late Munene, the late NJonjo, King and Kaari.

Sister-in-law of Christine, Judith, the late Fridah, George, David, Praxedes, Phyllis, Nimrod, Benjamin, the late Tito, Willis, Julius among others.

Daughter-in-law of Mzee Opemi and Jesicah. Mother-in-law of Bildad, Sophi, Dorcas and Maurine.

The cortège leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Funeral Home on 4/10/24 for a prayer at her home in Eldoret (Kapsoya Estate), thereafter depart for a church service at St Christopher ACK church (Turbo) after which they will proceed to Nambale (Busia County) Mabunge village for a night vigil and thereafter burial on 5/10/2024.
