JAMES MASESE OENGA

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of Gods will that we announce the demise of Mwalimu James Masese Oenga (Retired Tutor- Masai Technical Training Institute-Kajiado).

His untimely demise occurred on the 13 th of September 2024 at The Kenyatta National Hospital.

He was the beloved son of the late Samson, Eunice Oenga and step son of Jeliah Kwamboka of Nyamware, Emenwa, Bassi Central Location, in Kisii County.

He was husband of Truphena and Leah and father of Samson, Sarah, Deborrah, Eunice (Bioreri), Francis, David, Brighton, Susy, Caleb, Moses and Joshua.

He was Father in-law of Clarafine David and Grandfather of Leilashammah, Peris, Patience, Penninah and Alma.

The late James was dear brother of Isaack/Agnes, Peter/Askah, Daniel/Hellen/Elizabeth, Abel/Agnes/Caroline, Haron/Jane, Naftal/Naom,Esther/Joshua, Alice/Omesa, Ibrahim/Catherine, Ezekiel/Celine and Laban/Dorcas.

Mwalimu was uncle of Rebecca, Jocelyne, Jones, Eunice, Emmanuel, Eunice, Samuel, Josiah, Amani, Nice, Clyde and Ryan among others.

He was son in-law of the late Henry Mabururu and Askah Bosibori and the late Nkileto Ole Kanka and Mirriam Ene Nkileto.

He was nephew of Mogendi Ondurumera and the late Omwoyo Mogaka and cousin of Tom, Nyabao Nyabao, Edward Oenga, Samuel Boriga, David Nyaboga and Dennis Mogendi among others.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home today on Thursday 3rd October 2024 at 7.00 AM for burial at his home in Rangau, Ongata Rongai on the same day.
