RAKELI NYAMBURA NDUNGU

With humble acceptance of God’s Will, we announce the death of Rakeli Nyambura Ndungu, which occurred on 6th October 2024 at Karen Hospital in Nairobi.

Daughter of the late Gitau Kihuria and the late Margaret Kahumbu Gitau. Sister of the late Wanjiku Gitau and the late Waithera Gitau, and step sister of Mungai Gitau, Nyambura Gitau, Ngigi Gitau, the late Mburu Gitau and Njuguna Gitau.

Wife of Jairu Ndungu Kimwere. Mother of the late Alice Wanjiku Kaihungu, Eng. Boniface Wainaina, the late Margaret Kahumbu Chege, Ruth Gathithi Muiruri, the late Laurisia Wanjiku Kamende, Matthew Murigi, Festus Mbau, the late Scolastica Wairimu, Ben Mungai, Jane Waithira Kinuthia and Nancy Njeri Mwangi.

Mother in-law of Seraphina Njeri. She had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home Thika Road on Wednesday 16th October 2024 and will be laid to rest at her home in Njora Sub-location, Muthithi Location, Kigumo Sub-County, Murang’a County.

The funeral mass shall be at St Joseph Muthithi Catholic Church.
