RUTH MON’GINA MOMANYI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mama Ruth Mon’gina Momanyi, born in 1938 and died on 25th September 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Ongaga and the late Kerubo and the late Mogoi, the late Marita and the late Mosari.

She was sister of the late Nyatete, the late Makori, the late Nyangige, the late Mochama, the late Okirigiti and the late Moraa, Kenyanya, Masese, Teresa, Eunice, Maguto, Nyaramba, Makori, Isaac among others. 

She was also daughter in-law of the late Boraya and the late Kwamboka and the late Elizabeth Mon’gina.

She was sister in-law of the late Mon’gina, the late Mose, the late Mogute, the late Kemunto, Masanya, Nyabuti, the late John, Florence Basweti, Mary, Mokeira, Nyabengi and Michira.

She was blessed with 13 lovely children;The late Helen, the late Simeon, Haron, the late Obed, the late Huldah, the late Dickson, Dinah, Beatrice, Flonah, the late Joash, Evans, Lilian and Lucy.

Mother in-law of Isaac, Martha, Josephine, Rose, the late Margret Ongaga, Margret Dickson, Tom, Donald, Richard Osinde, Kerubo, Richard, and Geoffrey.

She was blessed with 43 grandchildren,Lydia, the late Carolyn, Joshua, Geoffrey, Zainabu, Benson, Cleophas, Sidney, Sheila, Daisy, Aiden Jeff, Angel and many others. She was also Blessed with 40 Great Grandchildren.

Korera of the late Ototo, the late Osoro, Oenga, the late Osinde, the late Amwata, the late Ombagi, the late Onserio, the late Kabuna, Bogecho.

Her body is laying at Kisii Level 6 Hospital Mortuary.

There will be a memorial service at Kisii Central SDA church on 17th October 2024 at 11.30am and thereafter body leaves to her home Gesabakwa, Misakia Village, Kisii County.

Burial to be on Friday 18th October, 2024
