THERESA SALASYA ATEMA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Theresa Salasya Atema, who peacefully rested on 20th October 2024.

Born on 19th August 1956, Theresa was a loving wife, a devoted mother, aunt, sister and a cherished friend of many.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, James and  six children: Charles, Louisa, John, Michael, Laura and Pete.

She was a mother-in-law of Jackie, Esther and Thuita and a proud grandmother of Pavon,Vanessa, Leon and Samantha.

Theresa will be remembered for her kindness, strength and unwavering faith.

She touched the lives of those around her with warmth and generosity and her legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her.

A fundraiser will be held on 26th October 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Parklands Baptist Church, Westlands.

The funeral service will take place at Consolata Shrine, Westlands on 30th October 2024 at 10.00AM, followed by burial at her family home in Kakamega, Ikolomani at Mutaho Village, on 2nd November 2024.
