MARY WANGUI KARANJA

Our beloved mother, sister, friend, and trailblazer, Mary Wangui Karanja, passed away on Friday, 25th October 2024, at MP Shah Hospital.

She is survived by her cherished daughter, Tendai Wanjiku, and her siblings: Lucy Wambui Karanja, Salome Njeri Karanja, John Maina Karanja, and Rebecca Wanjiru Karanja.

Wangui was a devoted sister of the late Peter Kioi Karanja and a loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many whose lives she touched deeply.

Her warmth, generosity, and vibrant spirit left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, 12th November, at St. Austin’s Parish – Msongari at 11:00 AM .

In true Wangui fashion, laughter and love will be welcomed as we honour the beautiful life she lived.

Her memory will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have shared in her life’s journey.

Rest in peace, Wangui – the life of the party.
