PETER K. MUCHEMI

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Peter K. Muchemi on Thursday 31st October 2024.

Son of the late James Gitahi and Mwalimu Ruth Wanjiku Gitahi. Husband of the late Jacinta Njeri and father of James Gitahi.

Brother of the late Jeremiah Nderitu, Samuel Kiguongo, Peninah Macharia, Wambui Njenga, Wanyeki Gitahi (USA), Architect Mark Wang’ang’a, Marion Nyambura, Wanjiku Kiri and Martin Muchiri (KCB).

Brother in law of Charles Kiri, Caroline Nderitu (Pink Roses Academy), Ruth Kiguongo, Joshua Macharia, Samuel Muchai, Catherine Wanyeki, Nancy Kimemia, Anne Martin and of the Rigii’s family-Ndumberi.

Daily meetings and prayers by family and friends continue at home (Nyaga) at 4pm and at PCEA St. Andrews on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th November at 5.30pm.

The cortege leaves St. Francis Funeral Home, Kasarani on Friday 8th November 2024 at 7am for funeral service at PCEA St. Andrews Church, Nairobi at 10am and burial thereafter at Nyaga-Githunguri, Kiambu County.
