GLADYS NYAMBURA MWAURA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the admission and transition of our mother Gladys Nyambura Mwaura to eternity on the 26th May 2020.

Wife of the late Kenneth Mwaura Gitachu and daughter of the late Samuel Thuku and the late Beatrice Muthoni. Co-wife of the late Charity Wanjiku, the late Esther Thithi and the late Njoki.

Loving mother of Henry and Faith Gitachu, Samuel Thuku, Susan Njeri and Njoroge Wanyoike, Karuru and Rose Mwaura, Michael and Winnie Kamau, the late Francis Thiga, Jeremiah and Njeri Ndung’u (Both Deceased) and Anne Ndung’u, Simon and Joyce Mburu, Benson and Josephine I ru ngu. Step-mother of Joyce Njeri, Hezekiah Njuguna, Dr. J.G Mwaura, the late Godfrey Ndung’u, Samuel Karuru, Grace Wambui Ndung’u, James Gachuhi, Francis Thiga, the late Joseph Kamau, Prof. Irene Mwaura, Margaret Kanyuru, Catherine Murugi, Teresiah Wangumo, Marion Wangui, the late Peter Mburu and Mary Wairimu. She leaves behind 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Gladys Nyambura will be interred at her home at Ndagi village, Mugumo-ini Gatanga Sub-County of Muranga County, at a private Ceremony in Keeping with the Ministry of Health guidelines, at 12.00 noon on Tuesday 2nd June 2020.
