It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved father James Moriasi Nyamwaya, Rtrd AP Officer, which occurred on 24th May 2020 at Nyamira County Hospital.

Son of the late Nyamwaya Nyamaengeri & Martha Kerubo Nyatero of Kianyabao, Kegogi Sub-Location, Bosamaro Masaba. Son-in-law of the late Nyaundi & Yunes Nyaundi of Gesore. Beloved Husband of Rhoda Kerubo. Father of Lister Kemunto, Andrew Nyamwaya (NHIF, Barnet), Damaris, Milka (TZ), Ben (Nrb), Richard & Everlyne. Brother of Ogega, Agata, Nyakoboke, the late Stephen Nyakundi, the late Samuel Apoko, the late Nyabuto & the late Nyamwembe.

Nephew of Seno Nyakenyanya (former PS), Benedict Obae, Gerald Monga, Mosibi, the late Nyamoita, the late Mogeni, the late Bisieri & the late Nyanchwania. Uncle of Moraa (KRA), Nyamwaya Agata, John Nyamwaya, Ngala, George, Nyamwaya Nyamwembe, Emily Onyoni, Kefa Ogega, Zablon Nyamwaya, Cliff Nyakundi, Duke   Nyakundi among others. Cousin of Ernest Obae, Francis Matonda, Zedekia Machoka and Ongegu.

Brother-in-law of Auka, Mongera, Isabella, Grace, Margaret, Martha, the late Priskah Nyakango & Onyoni. Father in-law of Tom Mecha (KCB), Keragia, Elizabeth, Marwa, Mary & Emily. Grandfather of Calvin (NHIF), Brian, Stecy Mongina, Brenda Kerubo, Dolphin, Manu, Nicole, Tinah among others.

The cortege leaves Bwomboga Funeral Home, Nyamira, on Friday 5th June 2020 at 8 AM for burial at his home, Kianyabao, on the same day.
