Son of Raphael Muholo and the late Veronica Agola. Husband of Jackline Waudi. Father of Faith Joy (POUST), Tonny Muholo (Kisii school), Collins Waudi (St Peters Primary School Mumias), Phabian Waudi (St Benedict Parochial Primary School Migori) and Javia Waudi. Brother of Josphine Okello (Kisendo), Anne Toro (Migori), Luke Onyango (Ugunja), John Omondi (Got Regea), Alfred Oduor (Migori), Francis Sande (Kisumu), Judith Odhiambo (Sirare), Guya, Dan, Onyango, Martin, Morris and Lucky.

Uncle of Raphael Odongo, Davin, Vesh, Eugene, Lyod, Maureen, Patel, Mathew, Everlyne, Lucky, Molly and many others. In-law of Doreen, Liz, Lilian, Joseph and Vinne.

The body left Inuka Hospital Kisumu on 3/6/2020 for burial at his home Got Regea (Gem, Siaya), presided over by Fr. Richard Ojijo of Mutumbu Parish.
