It is with profound sorrow that we announce the demise of Elizabeth Kanini Mutua which occurred on Saturday 4th July, 2020.

Beloved wife of Patrick Mutua Yumbya. Daughter of the late Mulwa Mbasu and the late Priscilla Mbeke. Loving mother of Joseph Yumbwa (Public Health Officer-Mavoko), Sarah Mwikali (London Distillers -A/River), Ruth Mukui (Nursing Officer – Kathiani), Ann Mutindi (Teacher Abu-Dhabi) and Lydia Mbeke (Agriculture Officer – Kwale). Sister of Ngunya, Kyule, Kivuva, the late Kiilu, the late Joyce, the late Elijah Mutie, the late Kyalo and the late Mutave. Mother in-law of Margrete Mwikali, Stephen Kimeu, Samuel Mwania, Daniel Kioko, japhet Runya. Grandmother of Faith Mutheu, Patience Kanini, Precious Mbithe, Elijah Mutua, Deborah Wavinya, Shantel Kanini and Ivan Muzungu.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Machakos on Saturday 11th July, 2020 at 8:00am for a funeral service and thereafter burial at her home Mwania-Mbiti village, Ngoleni Sub-location, Kathiani location, Machakos County.
