It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our cherished Placidia W. Muthui while in ICU at Karen Hospital.

Daughter of the late Ernest Muriithi and the late Consolatina Ngunju. Daughter-in-law of the late Arthur Wachira and the late Rebecca Nyamathira. Devoted, Loving and beloved wife of Henry A. Muthui. Adored and caring mother of Patricia Wangechi, Mary & Wilson Karungaru and Stella & George Song’e. Special and cherished Cucu of Natasha & Sam, Abdul, Giselle, Cedric, Conrad, Inger, Karen and Nia. Maitu of Nayla Ngina. Sister of Speranza, Wachira, Iciah, Mugo, Mary, Gaiko, Nicholas, and the late Kiragu, the late Wangechi & the late Wanja. Sister-in-law of Joyce, Boniface, the late Waitara, Wahiga and Waweru. She was an auntie, cousin, friend and in-law to many.

Short prayers will be held at Montezuma Funeral Home Mbagathi Way on Friday 14th August 2020 at 7:00am and thereafter the cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home on 14th August 2020 at 8:00am for a PRIVATE funeral service in Karatina from 11.00am.
