ALICE NYAMBURA GATHU

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we regret to announce the death of our beloved mum, Alice Nyambura Gathu, which occurred at Texas Cancer Centre on Sunday, August 9, 2020.

Daughter of the late John Willie Gathu and Edith Wanjiru. Mother of Irene Muthoni, Serena Wanjiru, Annet Wanjiru, Erick Kimani, Catherine Njeri and Patience Blessed. Mother-in-law of Hosea Macharia, Mary Muthoni, Peter Machasio and Arthur Maina.

Sister of Peter Mukuria Gathu, Grace Wambui Mutahi, Loise Njokl Maim, Isaac Wainaina Gathu, the late Godfrey Ngugi Gathu, Ann Wangui Kahare and David Kuria Gathu. Sister-in-law and aunt of many. Grandmother of Braizier, Judah, Precious, Frank, Angel, Elaine, jabali and Kibali.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Greenfields estate, Donholm, house no: 1194 from 3-5 pm and at her home in Langalanga Estate, Nakuru County.

The cortege leaves PNN Funeral Home, Nakuru, on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 8:00am. Burial and Funeral Service will be held at her home in Nyairoko Sub Location, Plot No. 3, Ol-jo-ro-rok Location, Nyandarua County.
