We announce the passing on of Eng. George Patrick Ohanya (BAO) on 15.02.2020 formerly of Chemelil Sugar and Avon Rubber.

He was the son of the Late Mzee Jairo Okoyo and Late Mama Pelecius Ojuok (Nyaimbo). Stepson to Late Mama Suzanne Adede.

Brother to Washington Odhiambo Okoyo (Amemba). Step brother to Late Musa Okoth Okoyo, Late Ayub Otieno Okoyo, Late Leah Gondi, Late Joel Otare Okoyo, Late Eng. Samuel Otieno Okoyo, and Abisagi Ombeng. Husband to Mama Jane Ohanya, Mama Magdalene Ohanya and Late Mama Margaret Ohanya. Father to Barrack Onyango (Onjiko High school), Evaline Akinyi, Peter Oduor (KPLC), Carren Achieng, Late Erick Ouma, Vincent Odhiambo (GDC), Late Frederick Odhiambo, Alphonce Okoyo (GDC) and Jacqueline Anyango, Uncle to Late Martin Akwiri, Late Eric Omondi, Late Willis Ochieng, Late Edwin Okoth, George Okoth, Barrack Oduor Otieno, Maurice Ayub, Ken Ayub, Jack Simaro, Winnie Otieno and Michael (Tank) Otieno.

Grandfather to Nick, Dotty, Mitchelle, Christine, Lennox, Felix, Grace, Sarah, Trevor, Zorina, Alexis, Roy, Steve, Felix, Ken, Vidah, Mitchelle, Tehzeen and Lynn.

Burial will be held at Mulaha Village, Siaya Township on 07.03.2020.
